Gluten Free Pumpkin Scone

  • 1 Package Sticky Fingers Gluten Free Original Scone
  • 1/2 Cup Pure Pumpkin Puree 
  • 3/4 Cup Cold Water 
  • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar (Light or Dark)
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon 
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ginger 


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Prepare your baking sheet by either lining the baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly greasing the baking sheet 
  3. In a bowl combine; pumpkin, water, brown sugar, and spices. 
  4. Using a fork, fold in the scone mix 
  5. Take a few tablespoons in your hand, to form into a triangle 
  6. Place formed scones onto prepared baking sheet, placing them a few inches apart 
  7. Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until lightly golden
