How can I receive a catalog and current pricing?

Please send your name, business name, address and phone number. We will mail a catalog to your attention.

Is there a high altitude baking adjustment?

Up to 6500 ft. no adjustment necessary, you may have to bake a little longer.

If I use a convection oven. What temperature should I use?

With a convection oven, bake same time at 320 degrees with fan on low.

How can I read the julian code on the bottom of the bag?

All product is code dated, on individual units and on master cases.
Julian code as follows:

Example: 2 100 06
"2" signifies the year 2002.
"100" signifies the day of the year, 1-365 days.
"06" identifies the blend manufactured that day.

What is the shelf life of Sticky Fingers Bakeries' products?

Our products have a shelf life of one year from the date of manufacture. Muffins and Brownies have a shelf life of 18 months.

Do Sticky Fingers Bakeries' products contain dairy?

All curds are made with butter. All mixes, except Soda Bread, contain dried buttermilk.
